My Mother

My mother likes eyeshadow colour dark blue,

And she likes to wear pretty shoes,

She is pretty,

Like a kitty,

She is as happy as a king,

And thin like a piece of string,

She has short hair,

And she plays our games fair,

She is as busy as a bee,

And she is almost never free,

She gives us lots of hugs,

And doesn’t strangle us

like a bunch of thugs,

I really like my Mummy,

Because she is very funny!

Mrs Pietsch was my Primary 1 teacher
